3. Estimates, Pricing & Payment
• Estimates are based on the information available at the time of request; actual costs may vary after site assessment.
• Payment is due as agreed before or upon completion of work.
• Many homeowners’ and auto insurance policies cover trauma cleanup. We can assist with claims but are not responsible for insurance approval, delays, or denials.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel, notify us immediately. For emergency call-outs, a minimum service fee may apply if our team has already been dispatched.
5. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to delay or refuse service if the site is unsafe or access is restricted by law enforcement or public health officials.
6. Liability Limitation
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
